- Participate in formulation, coordination and implementation of acquisition and usage strategies and programs to grow the profitability of debit cards.
- Plan, develop, implement and evaluate promotion programs, and business plans for set goals and business performances
- Contribute to achieving business targets of card adoption and spending, customer engagement and awareness through defining strategies for product optimization, customer experience and sales promotions, execute and coordinating with both internal and external departments
- Develop, grow and maintain partnership with merchant partners to drive sustainable spending growth in a cost-effective manner
- Conduct market analysis in understanding customer behaviors and provide recommendations for follow-up actions
- Propose new card products and marketing campaigns to increase market penetration and monitor program performance, report and evaluate program results
- Assist in projects on enhancing debit card capabilities
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
Job Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing discipline
- 4-6 years of working experience in banking, preferably in credit or debit cards
- Marketing experience especially in online marketing, interactive and social media exposure
- Strong product management and number sensitive with good analytical skills
- Attentive to details with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with creative and critical thinking
- Good knowledge of compliances and regulatory requirements
- Capable to work independently and able to lead cross-departmental working team to achieve outcomes
- Proficiency in HTML and Canva will be a plus
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
