Public Policy Manager

Job Responsibilities 

• Support Greater China Region management team on the implementation of public policy strategies and engagement for China, ensuring alignment with the business' global, regional, and local objectives
• Advise senior management on public policy developments in China and US-China geopolitics
• Conduct policy research and analysis related to China and draft policy briefing, report and readout in relation to China policy
• Partner with cross function teams across legal, communications, product, operations, sales, AI and supply chain to enable coordinated policy approaches and advocacy
• Monitor regulatory and policy trends and emerging issues across the digital economy and supply chain in China and work with global and regional teams to develop proactive solutions

• Bachelor Degree or above in Political Science, Public Policy, Social Science or related subjects
• At least 5+ years of experience in public policy, regulatory affairs, law, government, technology, or related fields
• Demonstrated deep understanding of the policy landscape in China and US-China geopolitics
• Proven experience developing and implementing policy strategies at scale, balancing technological advancement and regulatory requirements
• Proven track record of cross functional team collaboration
• Strong command in Chinese and English communication 
• Experience in digital technology policy in a multinational environment 
• Knowledge of tech and AI policy is highly preferred
