- Accurately capture client’s needs and expectations by attending client briefings, researching, studying, networking, etc.
- Proactively source potential candidates through various channels and
- Promptly respond to candidates to ensure candidate care and customer focus is
- Appropriately screen and shortlist potential candidates according to company
- Deliver potential candidates to the client within the set timeframe/
- Liaise with the clients and adhere to the requirements; respond to queries and/or perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the client.
- Build outstanding relationships with candidates to assist in referral and networking activities, along with candidate career development.
- Lead Generation and Marketing Intelligence
- Develop new business in both new and existing clients to drive commercial
- Develop, manage and strengthen the relationship with key stakeholders to ensure Peoplebank is viewed as the partner of choice.
- Present to key client stakeholders as
- Share market intelligence with appropriate individuals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of above in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Psychology or related disciplines
- At least 4-6 years solid recruitment experience gained from agency and/or in-house MNC/corporate environment
- Strong command in English and Cantonese/Mandarin communication
- Strong sense of business acumen and self-initiative/drive
- Strong sales drive and eager for success and building business/commission
