Job Responsibilities 

Security

  • Daily management of ACS/CCTV data, including access card activation/deactivation.
  • Alarm monitoring, especially false alarms during odd hours.
  • Monitor and record status of Security programs and control equipment across the cluster/region.
  • Consolidate Security key performance indicators and compliance data.
  • Encode Security incidents in reporting platforms (e.g., PMS, Resolver).
  • Prepare communication materials for Security and Market Safety campaigns.
  • Maintain S&MS dashboard and database.
  • Assist with other administrative requirements as needed.
Market Safety
  • Monitor and record Market Safety program status and updates.
  • Consolidate Market Safety reports (baseline assessment, risk assessment, warehouse requirements).
  • Encode Environmental data for offices and Market Safety incidents in reporting platforms.
  • Compile and encode Market Safety trainings.
  • Archive S&MS documents and maintain dashboard/database.
  • Assist with administrative requirements as required by the business.
Fleet Safety
  • Monitor and record Fleet Safety program status and updates.
  • Consolidate Fleet Safety reports and environmental data for fleet vehicles.
  • Encode Fleet Safety incidents and key performance indicators (including telematics data).
  • Compile Fleet legal compliance data and update vehicle inventory.
  • Prepare communication materials and maintain dashboard/database.
  • Archive documents and assist with administrative/clerical requirements.
Budget, Events, and Other Support
  • Monitor, record, and submit monthly S&MS budget expenses and accrual reports.
  • Assist in budget proposal preparation and submission.
  • Review billing and invoices prior to GR posting via SAP.
  • Coordinate with Finance for PO creation and billing processes.
  • Organize S&MS travel and event logistics (flight/hotel arrangements, meeting room booking, vendor coordination).
  • Archive documents and provide general administrative support.


Job Requirements 
  • Experience in security, safety, or compliance coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Proficiency with reporting platforms (e.g., PMS, Resolver, SAP).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
