Job Responsibilities
- Provide account servicing to clients, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns in a timely manner.
- Manage the contract renewal process for existing clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, collaborating with the Client Service Lead to develop strategies.
- Track and report on account activities, renewal status, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Support and Finance, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service, preferably in the IT industry.
- Preferred experience or network in the healthcare sector, demonstrating an understanding of industry-specific challenges and client needs.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and client satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
