- Requirement Support
- Support requirement gathering sessions and capture business needs from stakeholders
- Assist in documenting clear and traceable business requirements
- Claims SME Input
- Provide input on claims workflow, assessment logic, and operational practices
- Highlight gaps, risks, and inconsistencies from claims operations ®gulatory perspective
- Documentation
- Prepare business requirement documents, test cases, and UAT scenarios
- Support preparation of operation manuals / process guidelines
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with Claims, IT, and vendors to clarify requirements and issues
- Act as a supporting liaison to ensure smooth communication and alignment
- Testing
- Execute test cases, log defects, and support defect resolution follow-up
- Validate system output against expected business scenarios
- Implementation Support
- Support rollout activities and post-implementation validation
- Assist in user training and knowledge transfer if required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, IT, or relevant discipline
- At least 1–2 years of Business Analyst or related experience
- Exposure to requirement gathering, documentation, or testing is preferred
- Claims experience / knowledge is highly preferred
- Individual Life / Health Claims is a plus
- Claims assessor or operations exposure is a strong advantage
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow through tasks
