Our client is looking for a skilled Social Media Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of an interactive customer community for a leading bank. This community provides customers with an online platform to exchange their banking experiences in HK and co-create banking journeys with the bank to best meet the needs of customers. It also promotes customer advocacy through word-of-mouth marketing.
  Responsibilties: 
  
• Reviewing posts and comments published in the community by members on a daily basis
• Responding to customer posts and answering simple, unauthenticated inquiries
• Staying alert to incidents and complaints and escalating them as appropriate
• Sharing engaging posts related to banking topics thatcustomers are interested
• Compiling a monthly newsletter with a member activity dashboard
• Creating engagement activities to member interest and participation
• The candidate may be required to work specific hours on weekends and public holidays based on business needs.
  Requirements: 
  
• University degree holder
• 3 - 5 years experience in social media content management in banking field
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal Cantonese and English and written traditional Chinese and English
• Have good understanding of social media trends and popular culture of Hong Kong, with a good sense of humor
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
