Job Responsibilties 

1. WeChat Channels Management
○ Own and execute a robust content calendar, ensuring consistent, relevant, and engaging content tailored to target audiences.
○ Utilize WeChat layout design tools (e.g., xiumi 秀米) to create and publish posts in line with the content calendar.
○ Coordinate with content owners to prioritize, schedule, and ensure all materials are ready and delivered on time.
○ Develop and implement WeChat strategies aligned with Meta's business goals and regional market trends, focusing on follower acquisition and retention.
○ Prepare and present detailed performance reports, including follower growth, engagement metrics, content effectiveness, and actionable insights.
○ Leverage the Weixin Official Accounts Platform and marketing automation tools (e.g., Charket, Salesforce) for data-driven decision-making.
○ Ensure a seamless user experience across all WeChat touchpoints and integrate with broader digital marketing initiatives, including the Meta for Business marketing website in China.

2. Operational Excellence
○ Translate business needs into digital solutions and coordinate with engineering teams to maintain technical excellence.
○ Collaborate with the Marketing Automation team to build and test forms for web and WeChat, including requirements gathering and journey testing.
○ Partner with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver end-to-end WeChat solutions and technical enhancements. 
○ Ensure all activities (e.g., WeChat account annual renewal) comply with platform policies, data privacy laws, and Meta’s internal standards. ● Innovation
○ Stay current on WeChat features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

3. Communication & Project Management 
○ Lead the onboarding and oversight of agencies and partners for web and social projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
○ Facilitate clear, effective communication among internal and external teams to drive alignment and collaboration.


Job Requirements  

● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
● Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● At least 4+ years of proven experience managing WeChat-related initiatives, with a strong track record of driving follower growth, engagement, and lead generation.
● Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in social media analytics, performance reporting, and deriving actionable insights.
● Demonstrated experience in competitor analysis, market research, or digital intelligence within the social media or digital marketing space.
● Experience working in cross-functional teams (business, marketing, engineering) and managing multiple stakeholders.
● Self-motivated, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
