- Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in daily sales operations, client servicing, and administrative coordination.
- Manage meeting and calendar arrangements
- Compile data and report consolidation for team
- Manage internal database and data entries
- Assist RMs to preparing, collecting and processing insurance policy documentation
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, administrative support, or insuranceโrelated roles is preferred.
- Insurance license holders will be an advantage.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and followโup skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Good command of Chinese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Selfโmotivated, responsible, and able to work in a fastโpaced environment.
- Willing to provide occasional offโsite support for urgent tasks when required.
