Job Responsibilities
• Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient workplace
• Provide reception duties, including answering and referring telephone inquiries, and welcoming visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately
• Identify and report any issues related to facilities, equipment, cleaning, security, or building services, and coordinate with contractors and building management as required
• Support office and equipment maintenance, as well as cleaning services
• Arrange for the dispatch of incoming mails or documents received at the reception counter
• Monitor and evaluate contractor performance
• Verify invoice details and assist in arranging payments
• Assist in the procurement process by obtaining quotations and preparing procurement applications
• Provide administrative support for events and meetings
• Perform documentation duties such as filing and data entry
• Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
• University Degree or above
• At least 1+ year administrative work experience preferably gained from banking/financial services or MNC
• Mature, responsible and reliable
• Strong service orientation and proven service delivery skills, with a high level of responsiveness
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
