- Creating, maintaining, and auditing user domain accounts, security groups, and access permissions.
- Perform folder capacity analysis, monitor storage utilization trends, and project future infrastructure needs.
- Designing, implementing, and testing comprehensive backup handling and disaster recovery plans.
- Executing hardware and software stock takes to ensure accurate asset tracking and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 3+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure function preferred
- Experience in Exchanger Servers and Hyper-V
- Experience in Veeam & Solarwinds
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, analytical skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in networking and Linux is an advantage
