12 months contract, renewable
Job Overview:
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to produce clear and concise copy decks in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese, based on the UX/UI designs (happy flows and unhappy scenarios)
• Empathise with customers to create cohesive product narratives across all digital products and touch points
• Develop multilingual launch-support content, including: Public website product page copy guidance, User guides, App Store descriptions, Email and SMS templates
• Own and maintain the digital platform glossary to ensure cross-language accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Bank's brand direction.
• Review and refine existing copy to improve clarity, comprehension, and navigation.
• Conduct research and analysis to support copy decisions, collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
• Deliver ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years+ Proven experience as a copywriter or related role
• Working experience at bank or financial institute is preferred.
• Previous experience collaborating with UI/UX designers to develop UX copy for websites and mobile applications is preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese
• Strong research and insight-gathering capability to inform copywriting decisions
